I'm using them too in the stab, engine is an OS 140 RX with MK soft mount. No problems at all.
You may want to pay attention to the control linkages, I think they are very important to get consistent surface response. The more the mechanical advantage, the less the stress to the servo - and more precise and solid surfaces!
