There are blind nuts in the tail to hold the horizontal stab halves in place.

Four on each side, 2 on top, 2 on bottom, they take 3x10mm machine screws.

It's shown on page 9 of the manual.

Then you glue the stabs in place, but I'd bet you could forget the epoxy and just bolt them on.
