OK 1 week later I have answers to this "Mystery Tank" in question..

in the pictures you notice the controllers are different... the Abrams does have 3 speeds which makes it cool to watch since the supension makes it bounce up and down and the the different speeds are nice! the real kicker was the gun firing and hitting my shed in the backyard...roughly 30 feet.. ok it hit the shed and came back and hit my house!
60 feet there!!!! from what I can see.. No dragon on the bottom..but it does have a battery pack which I found strange...outside of that the finish is ok..a few spots were slightly streaked like the brush dragged but easy to fix.. So is this the Toys east version of the Marui tank or what?
