I use Testors paint and brush it on. After I'm done I clear coat it with lustercoat. Then I balance it by adding more clear to the rear of blade that is light until it balances. This is really only good on tail-draggers. If you have a nose gear the grass will eventually wear the clear and paint off making it out of balance. I converted my Sig Senior to a tail-dragger when I built it and the prop doesn't get even close to the grass.
