The Cox Conquest 15 was a very high performance racing engine used in Quarter Midget pylon racing. Initialy there was an idle rule in this event so the engine had a carburetor. The engine did not idle very well on the racing props we used (7 x 5). The idle rule was dropped and a straight venturi was then used. The engine was then an all out racing engine using high nitro. Whether your engine will idle well is sometghing you will have to experiment with. I seem to remember they had a perry carb at the time. I also remember a gentleman by the name of Glen Dye was the reworker of choice. This is going back a few years.
