The SIG Citabria is my next build. I will probably begin just after the new year. I don't have first hand experience on the plane, but based on my examining the still boxed kit, it is an older design and I have concluded it is a builder's kit. That is, a lot of wood and it will likely require a little more time and effort than some of the other kits that are available. SIG produces quality kits that are good fliers. It is a good choice.

Having said that, I am planning to cover it with a fabric, probably "Solartex" and power it with a .52 4 stroke engine, either O.S. or Magnum.
