I never mount mine in anything but a plastic bag. I never use a balloon because if you don't change the balloon after a while it sticks to the reciever or battery and will just make a mess. I have jumped my truck off of my roof and had direct hits to the reciever and it still keeps on ticken. Steering servos on the other hand......
