I bet even with the purchase of an aftermarket gear the cost of your plane was still less than you could have found it anywhere else. That is also probably why you purchased from them in the first place. Such is the case you get what you pay for either in quality of product or customer service. I am not excusing the action, just explaining it and now you know not to purchase from them in the future. I guess I will find out myself as I am currently waiting for a plane to arrive that I ordered and am not able to track it through UPS. This is the reason I am looking at this thread. Now if my plane does not come with gear I think I have one laying around to use. I just hope the plane shows up!
