I have the US 40 and do essentially the same thing that Peter (pcinc) does, except that I use colored tape. Wrap the receiver in foam cut a slit and feed the 4 six inch extensions through ... so much easier to hook things up at the field.

By the way, what radio are you using? Do you plan to set-up the mixes like the manual says?
