Default RE: CONTINUATION..H9 HELLCAT MINES OK HOWS YERS?

Old Dutch thanks for the insight. I had this Satio for over a year now and has not had any problems. Prior to going to the 3 blade prop, I was running a 15x6 with no problems. According to the satio book and sites I read if you go to a 3 blade prop, you should go down 1 dim and 1up on pitch. I believe most of the folks who has this plane with the Satio 100 is running the 14x7 and has yet to report any problems, But again thanks and I will keep a eye on it.

I would like to see you repost this in 6 months. If your engine is still running OK, then you will have set some kind of record. Your 14x7 3 blader just has to be working that engine very hard. In fact it is well up into the range for a 2 bldr. I'd be satisfied with a 13x8 3 bldr, except that it probably would look a bit small. I recommend that you phone Horizon's repair shop and discuss this with them.........Cheers
