Default RE: E-flite Ultimate FX

Your set-up will work fine. I would prefer the E-flite 400 outrunner (I think 940K). I tried the 370 inrunner for a while and got tired of replacing gears. Have never had any problems with the outrunner, even after some minor crashes.

Yes, the wings are flat and fragile, especially on the ends (beyond the area supported by the wire braces). You can use a couple of strips of clear plastic packing tape on the underside. This will strengthen them considerably and will not ad appreciable weight to it.

I had to ad some weight to the tail on mine so it would hover easier. Making it a little tail heavy aids on the 3D maneuvers.
