I have the experience in buying two ARFs a small Pitts from Raidentech and a yellow Bobcat 50 from Nitroplanes.

The Pitts took three weeks to show up (from CA to OR) even though they gave me a UPS ship number the next day. Actually what they did was confirm an expected pick up from UPS the next day but did not ship it for two more weeks (just a way to game the delay) So in otherwords they misrepresented their actual ship date but I still received a great pitts for a decent price, it just took about ten days longer for no explained reason.

The Bobcat was ordered, shipped and received within five days. Oh, BTW it was perfect!

So moral of the story, I learned if you want to order any of their newly advertised planes, order it as soon as it shows up in their ads otherwise they sell out pretty fast. If you want to be coddled with customer service, well forget it. They are a discounter so service parallels their pricing methodology. If you want a great detailed manual, forget that, they are pretty weak and as I remember the Pitts didn't even have a CG marked!

Anyway, I like the planes, still a great buy for the money. I hope they are at the AMA show in January. Would I buy from them again, yes.
