has anyone had trouble starting an o.s. 32sx during cold weather? it's been in the 20's and 30's in atlanta and my engine has been a major pain to start. the first start is fine fresh from the warm car, but after it cools to outside temps, it is almost impossible. i'm using 15% cool power. any suggestions?
