Fuel Tank
Fuel
Glow Starter
Electric Starter and Battery (optional, for easier starting)

i think thats about all you need...

but if your scratch building your own plane you need to be Careful about Balancing it and where you place the wings so that it doesnt just lawn dart on the maiden
