OOPS..Too late for that now,I did do some dry runs.probably would have ran decent for most folks,but I'm too addicted to speed and it's almost vacation time for me ,so I had to hurry it a little.It wouldn't have run long anyway,the motor to shaft coupler was not right,..the shaft end of the coupler was 4mm and the motor end was the correct 3.2 size to fit the motor shaft,there was some kind if plastic in the u-joint coupler end where the hole was too big to compensate for the space and was just about to come out anyway.Gotta find a drive train that will extend out enough to get back to parrallel with the hull so I can get rid of the submerged drive.problem is the transom is only 3/4 or so inch tall.gonna be hard to find brackets to mount,probably gonna have to make some,cut and solder a flex shaft and find an esc that's small enough to mount properly.Fixed the servo problem though,it's in the pic.
