The fins shake on the real aircraft too, when the tail rotor needs smoothing.
but most maintenance pilots are able to smooth the tail rotor and get rid of most of it. While flying formation close behind the lead ship you'll see the horizontal tail shake a little if the aircraft needs some re-tracking.
