I have had a little vibration problem with the wings where they join the fuse at the trailing edge. I am going to fix that this winter. Other than that it has held up well. I have it covered in Solite which is strong enough for flight and engine vibration, but is not so good for the constant cleaning you have to do - pressing on it with a rag. I would use a heavier covering. The hole in the wing was me being clumsy and dropping a screw driver on it.
