I feel ya dude. yeah cg and thrust is what you will play with a lot... i needed a lot of R thrust added- as far as cg goes you can go too far... go back forward a bit and play around... hovering IS wierd with this airplane... the KE will mix out ok... i balanced it right side up and mine was right around 4" and remember that is 4" at the wing tips I've put over 4 gallons on mine now and i really like it but it took a while. Its a great airplane and nothing will snap or harrier quite like it. keep posting your progress.
