I would recommend that you put the radio back to it's mode 1 configuration and send it to hobby services to get it converted to mode 2. You seem to have left the TX as mode one and just used different outputs on the RX. This is not the proper way to vonvert the TX. While it is not hard, you need to have some knowledge of electronics. You need to move the ratch, springs, and pots to get it right.
