Wish I knew what to do with my current Chicago, though: It's had a battery-box leak ever since I got it. Attempts to file the lid even only made the leak worse--for a while, until I resigned to creating a gasket with silicone. It doesn't seem to let much water in--but remembering to fit the gasket securely each time is more high-maintenance than having stock parts that fit right.
