Default RE: Retract Servo Question

ORIGINAL: fstevenj

I might be better off, but I had already set up the linkages for 180 degrees. Oh well just something else on this plane I have to redo. So it is not an issue that the retract only goes 160-170 even though in the Futaba literature it is a 180 degree retract servo?
You're going to redo, for six percent? That's sixty thousandths difference for a one inch travel. I wouldn't think you'd have to adjust the servo arm radius at all. None of my mechanical retracts would require that, and the air retract switch links I use wouldn't be that sensitive either.
