I'm running Hitecs on my Viperjet Ailerons and Flaps, steering, awesome deal with the Hitecs been strong, reversable, no slop. On the 9c, If you are running out of channels use Hitecs on the Flaps reprogram the travel and speed and use your nineth channel for Flaps.
