You will see an increase in performance when you go to a larger mah like a 2100 mah as it will have a higher discharge rate on the battery. I would try a 11X7 with a 2100 and I think you will be much more impressed with the vertical for your sport flying style. The yak will also be a bit more smoother and stable with slightly heavier wingloading for your style of flying. The 3D guys like them light and nimble but weight is a freind to most sport and IMAC guys.
