NewEgg is a company that you can't find anything bad said about. Most people GUSH about the great service they receive. This company did 1.4 billion in sales and will continue to see sales skyrocket, because they provide truly outstanding customer service!!
NP and NewEgg don't equate though.
NP deals in a relatively low volume of inexpensive imported planes... in a "get them in and out the door" environment, while the other does a HUGE volume in computer parts sales, and can practically throw away any defective items, while still making a profit.
You can ALWAYS go and deal with Tower or Horizon. Their Customer Service is GREAT. However that means an associated support staff (Towers has spun theirs off into another company!) and higher margins and prices.
So it boils down to getting what you pay for.
