Default Another Newbie Jumping on the Train...er, Plane!

Hello Everyone!

I've been doing research on planes that I'm interested in for about oh....3-4 weeks now. Then I found this site. Man I love message boards and this one is fantabulous! Thought I'd finally jump in...

I'm a resident of Burbank, CA (if anyone's interested in) and soon going to sign up with Valley Flyers near Balboa park in Encino. Haven't found an instructor yet but I have a few numbers I need to call. So far my interests in trainer planes are the LT-40, Midwest Aero-Star and the Thunder Tiger. I'm also interested in park fliers but haven't decided which to save up to buy first. The park flier or a gas one!

Anyway, just wanted to drop a line to everyone and let you know that another sucker has been caught in this rc plane trap...hehe.

Oh and just in case anyone has one of the kits I've mentioned for sale, especially the Aero-Star, I'd be MORE than happy to take it off your hands!

Can't wait to have more conversations with all of you! Take care and stay safe.

p.s. At my first Valley Flyer meeting this month, I won a Predator 500 in a raffle! Can you believe the luck? Don't know whether to sell it to help with my first trainer or keep it for later on! :stupid: lol
