It seems you might have a nice business going. You did ask for comments from people here. Yet when someone brings something up you immediately blame them. You should seriously consider a Public relations consultant. As someone who spent too many years bridging the gap between unsatisfied clients and corporate policy, it is a given that you don't blame someone for thier disatisfaction with you, especially in public!
