This is a sign for the OS160 that you are not using 1/8 inch line. You need to use a large clunk and 1/8th inch line all the way to the carb. That includes replacing the little line between the needle and carb. The standard glow line does not supply enough fuel.

I've done this on at least 6 160's and it works great
