Default RE: E-Flite Blade CX2 lower blade tracking problems

Before I bent the original outer shaft, the lower blades on my CX2 tracked perfectly. I got a replacement outer. While installing it, I found that one of the plastic lower blade mount pins was broken too. So, I decided to upgrade to the aluminum lower blade mount from HeliDirect. I put everything back together and now the lower blades don't track perfectly anymore. They are about 1/8" off.

I don't know what could cause this as everything should be straight... Still flies OK, though.
So, I'd like to know too, is there a fix?
