RE: WHAT'S WRONG WITH NITROPLANES.COM?
Any business that makes the customer pay the return shipping on a DEFECTIVE product is a sleasy company in my book.
I ordered two identical rc helicopter toys from them, and upon recieving them and testing them out, I got one that did not operate.
When I finaly got ahold of a customer support rep., after calling nine times and getting busy signals, I did get a "rma" number.
It cost me nearly 50% of the purchase price to ship the defective item back to them.
This is wrong! I will not deal with a company with a policy like that.
So I learned an expensive lesson, and will not buy form them again unless they refund my shipping cost. (I won't be holding my breath.)
Bottom line, weak customer service and a down right sleasy policy on returning defective merchandice![:@]
