I guess cheap prices beat out customer service every time. I've been on the forums reading all these complaints the last couple of weeks, and yet, a ton of people still shop at nitroplanes.com. I've had my fair share of bad dealings with that company and even purchased from them. Learned my lesson the hard way, like everyone else it appears. I'd rather spend a little more money and get a good quality product. As noted in a previous post, I've crashed two China model planes due to poor CG. The planes stayed in the air 15 sec total and cost $120 total. Cheap planes for the price, but that's almost $10/sec. My Great Planes planes have logged in over 60 flights. Yes, each plane was $100, but that's still cheaper in the long run, and the planes are still flying. Can't say the same for the nitroplanes.com ones.
