I e-mailed photos of the damage on a Saturday and got a response within a couple hours.
Interesting... I sent an E-mail on Jan 5th about 8PM. I wanted to know what shipping was on a cowl for the CMP corsair 50. I also inquired about availabilty of another aircraft I wanted to purchase. I still haven't heard back. It's only been 4 days, with two on a weekend, yet you got a response within two hours on a weekend.
I am still interested but curious if they got my E-mail.

Just a follow up. I got a response on my E-mail shortly after this post. Following my E-mails with Alex, I felt comfortable enough to make an order. I guess there are always two sides to a story.
