RE: new trex
I just built a 450 SE, bought a DX7 and it flies like a dream... You really need a gym or indoor facility to fly it. I have found 5 groups at different city rec. centers that fly weekly.
It's headspeed is dangerous for in the house... Two car garage required to just hover tail in, and I can say I have mastered nose in hover, but not in the garage... Prop wash is to bad..
I fly figure 8's with my cp pro in the same garage for a reference.
Don't let is scare you, it's just like driving a race car the first couple times... Hover the blade cp in all orientations before you go Trex or you will be damaging a lot of stuff...
To cold in Texas (yes there is ice on the ground as I type) to try it outside yet...
