RE: WHAT'S WRONG WITH NITROPLANES.COM?
I will go find the order number and and you can go look up my order to see I actually did place an order. This was a Christmas order from my wife to me and so far, I haven't been enjoying my Christmas gift. And to be honest, I haven't even talked about the plane I'm building now that is way too tail heavy. Yup, your Edge 540T EP says it can be converted to electric, but I have to add .75 lbs of weight to the nose to balance it at the recommended CG based on the instructions. You say I'm bad mouthing your company, but I'm just stating the facts. I run a side business on my own and for myself, I don't offer a product that I don't test and assure it's good for my customers. Also, If my business grows too quickly, I make sure I can offer the customer support or I just won't allow the business to grow that quick. I take care of my customers. It doesn't matter if you're trying. What matters is the the end result. I'm sure 80% of all your customers are happy with your products, but the other 20% are sorry out of luck. And on your website, you have a banner that says "100% satisfaction guaranteed." Doesn't seem to be holding true. I'll go find my order # tonight and you can go look up my order and see I'm not just making your company look bad. If I really was trying to make your company look bad, you would know it. And for the record, when I received a defective plane from Towerhobbies.com, they replaced it for free. That's right, for free with one phone call.
