radio interference is possibile, yet unlikely, if the following advice is taken very seriously: never EVER put the ESC and the receiver in the same place or near. A good distance between the two is 20-30cm, the more the better. Furthermore, drive your antenna out of the fuselage and not parallel to control rods (especially if you used carbon fiber rods and/or a pull-pull system with steel wires).
If you still have interference check for interfering sources (other radio source) or bad/faulty crystal or receiver/FM module. It rarely is the receiver or the FM module, but it happened to me once...)
