It's close, needs the 2 piece hub drilled and the sensor mounted...will run tonight....
Ran it at 12:05 AM...Easiest starting gasser ever...24-10 PK prop, didn't tach it...stock muffler is so quiet you can hear the prop...Used two different carbs, the stock small one and a WYK33 with an adjustable high speed needle...Both work fine, the 33 seems to have more rpm, will tach it tomorrow in the daylight...
The C&H syncro spark needs to be flipped once to set the retard..It starts so easy that once on the first flip, with the ignition set at 28 BTDC, it kicked back..Subsequent starts will be with a serious first flip, just in case...
Minimal vibration, no worse than any other big gasser, better than some...
Didn't weigh it, still on the test stand....
Gonna be a great engine, maybe even a "masterpiece" like Brillelli's Stihl 64.9...
