Keep the esc and receiver as far away from each other as possible. Route the antenna far away from dual servo leads in the tail, or if you use dual carbon rods such as the deps for elevators, route them away from this also.

Never had a glitch by doing this so far. I have heard of this with the g3 reciever with the electrics..
If the problem continues you should run a choke. From what I hear, it works well.
