My first OS 1.20 AX, have it on my Excelleron 90, was in the third or fourth flight when all of a sudden, the noise level increased several dB.
I landed it and saw that my brand new OS 1.20 AX had lost the rear section of the muffler. Boy, was I miffed.
And, with the size of our field, there was about a 2% chance that I would find the parts.... tall grass, brush, and so on.
Well, we walked the field, and right in the middle of the cross-runway was my muffler, baffle, bolt, o'ring, and nuts, all sitting there within a three foot radius!!!
Since I live very close to Atlantic City, it was time to visit the Casino's...

I got everything back but saw that the bolt was broken at the check-nut. I must have over-tightened it then after heating up and expanding, it simply was to much for the bolt and it parted at the nut. I replaced it with a lenght of 'all-thread' and ny-lock nuts, and used some red lock-tite and that was that.
