Cutting your own kit isn't that hard. If you have access to a band saw,scroll saw and a disc sander you can cut the kit in about 10 hours work and save yourself some $$$. I cut a Ziroli Stearman kit in around 20 hrs and it has 80+ wing ribs. Just take the plans and get copies made to use as your templates so you do not destroy the originals.
