Thanx Evan for the info, I think I am going to pull the starter shaft out again and take it to a machine shop to have one turned to my the right specs. I measured the one I have now and it is supposed to be a 4mm shaft with a 6mm end on it and mine measures around 5.65mm instead of 6mm. I have a new clutch shue on order it comes with a one-way in it . my parts come from altech so it will be awhile they are pretty slow. But for now I am going to put another one-way in the clutch shue I have now and with the new starter shaft I HOPE this will correct the problem . If it don't my next option will be the flex shaft system.
