You can just take a 1X6 and cut a slot just the size of the bottom of the crankcase and drill 4 holes for the mounting screws. It know it will hold any engine up to a Saito 180 and cost nothing. If you need to test another size engine that is different in size just get out the ole jigsaw and cut another slot in the other end there you have it. No need to waste ungodly amounts of money on a test stand. The stand doesn't fly, so focus on spending the dollars on airplanes.
