I don't use a choke. I run Airtronics equipment in my ships.
I have heard of this issue with JR and Futaba. I am not talking bad about either here, maybe they are more sensitive. Plus I don't know anyone else running Airtronics and electric.

I especially heard of the issue with Futaba though. The 2048 receivers seem to be pretty sensitive. All that should go away soon when the spread spectrum modules and receivers come out for Jr and Futaba. I doubt they will make it for Airtronics as there's not as many people who would want them. We'll see.

I'm not guaranteeing that the choke will fix your problem. But I know of a few people that it did. And they run the 14MZ..
It's cheap. I would try it. It may just save your plane!!!
