Default RE: Switch Transmitters Blade CP Pro

First - the expo - I had flown a lot of time on Nitro Helis learning years ago, and quit, but back now with the electic craze starting with a CPPRO for fun. So, I could hover and do fwd flight o.k, the expo settings I show might be too sensitive for you, so go carefully. If you feel out of control, adjust from there.

What I did was set the expo at -12 and -16 (switch off and on) and then tried both, then tuned them down to -8 and -12 (off and on respectfully) - and so on. This way when you test, you can flip the switch and get a quick feel of the direction you need to go.

If you go with dual rates - which cut the overall throw of the servo, and add expo on top, you will get a very soft feel, but your max. travel will be limited. I feel like more expo and no dual rate gives the same feel, but when you lay on the sticks in an emergency, you have max servo travel to right the heli. Back in the day, you had duals, or expo, but not both on the same switch mixed, so this is a new deal for me, so this is how I have decided would be best for myself.

The 43/100 deal is a travel setting that works with the 3 and 1 - so 43 gives you no throttle and 100 gives you full throttle - at least this is the way I understand it. This is totally different than the throttle curve - which would be 0 -25 -50 - 75 -100 in the 7C transmitter.

I copied the 43/100 deal from the 9C thread, and don't know why it is that way, but it worked in the 7C.

I haven't found a dedicated 7C thread anywhere yet.
