People, everybody get's different results from mail order. Breakage in most cases should be blamed on the shipping companies. (UPS, FEDEX, etc.) I have ordered three (3) Heli's from Raiden Tech, the shipping cost and the product were just fine with me. I have had no problems with the items and the shipping was super fast. I even called them a talked with customer support to make sure they were all on different frequencies. My expirence was a pleasent one but, everybody's not going to get the same results. We are dealing with humans and it my depend on who's helping that day or who's boxing the items for shipment. Call it human error.
