I think you have a nice and big project, so I want to make a remark to your power-supply because you wrote:

We only use a emcotec dpsi BIC wich is a double switch integreting a double voltage regulator.

I´m sorry but this is not true - you are flying your big and expensive plane only with one regulator!! The only redundant thing in the most Emcotecs is the battery connector. You can find a schematic here:

It´s just a little tip for you, so you can think if this unit is good enough for your XL - Jet!
