The RS4 3 does come RTR. But not SS RTR. It is around $300. I have not had to replace anything on it yet, except for the exhaust gasket that was in stock at my LHS. The RS4 model has been around for a while with the 3 being the third generation of it. It has been quite reliable to this point and I would buy it again if I had to. I really like it.
