Hola Andres,
The tisted throttle cable from the receiver is a good idea, and so is the choke, but there is one thing that is more important than either one of them.
As the throttle cable exits the ESC, make that cable turn at right angles immediately and run as far away from the heavy wires from the battery to the ESC.
Run the high current wires near one side (or top) of the fuselage and the cable to the receiver on the other side (bottom).
Even with the opto-isolation of the ESC inputs, the throttle cable is an antenna that runs deeply into electrically noisy "enemy territory".
