If the air is real damp it is the only thing that will work as crepe just falls apart. We like it for practice with SCC as it lasts a long time. You can see when you get it draped over the wing and it pulls the plane around! Saves having to land for new streamers all the time! AS stated if you split it in half it cuts a lot easier. Neat hing is that you can reuse it also. We pick up the remnants and tie them together.
