Big Bingo...anyone ever fly one? Question please...
Well hidedamm skippy ho!
I just got back from the garage where I fueled it up to see if that Big Cat would run...you know the apprehension when you buy a used engine...(what's wrong with it). So I tied the tail to a post in my garage with one of my weight bench cables, and closed the garage doors.
So, I got her all wet, flipped the 18X6 Zinger a few times to loosen her up and lit it up with glow...(jeese, this is starting to sound like one of my sisters romance novels)
Get this.
You won't believe this.
One flip
One damm skippy flip.
BRRRaaattt put bang putputput.......No kiddin'...serious as a heartattack here...ease up the throttle bbbrrriinnnggg jeese louise this bad boy is loud...up and down the throttle range, nary a hiccup or muffler fart. I tell ya I'm jumpin' around the dam garage whoopin' and hollerin' my family comes down to see whatinthehells the matter!
Too funny.
So, I've heard through the years that the Big Cats are problematic...what gives?
Where do they let you down?
So far I'm so impressed I want to go look for a ST 3250...I've seen them go for a song.
BTW, if any of you aren't going to use your wheelpants, I'll be needing them. Shoot me an PM or email and I'll take em' off your hands.
Looks like the maiden will be in the next day or so...really lookin' forward to this one....
