I would recommend that you start with loops, rolls and inverted flight.
Inverted flight is easy even with a trainer. Loops can be done if you go at a 45 degree dive to build up speed and pull through the loop. Rolls are probably the most difficult with a trainer especially if you have low throws on your ailerons. You can use a lot of altitude with an aileron roll on a trainer.
