I am glad to hear that you have solved your foam cutting problem. I fanally flew my D&L Edge. I had to go with the built up wing kit from D&L. I am very happy with the way the Edge flys. But I did a crappy job on the wing. I may come back to you for a foam wing for my Edge.

Jordan you can save a lot of time with a foam wing, if you like building with foam. I think its a great way to get a solid straight and strong tapered wing.

I expect my Ultimate to be around 12 to 13 lbs. This with the Moki 180.

I have read that the Ohio 62inch Ultimate is around 18 lbs. WOW!
